About Us- Traditions has been in operation since January 2010. Owned and managed by people who were born and raised right in the Thorp community. It is important for us to be actively involved in the community with various organizations throughout the Thorp area. Being able to keep the senior population in the community that they have such deep rooted ties to is an honor.
Executive Director- Jason Hazuga started Traditions in June 2009 with the vision to provide a safe environment for seniors that also gave them freedom and options. Independence and having the ability to make choices is crucial to our senior population. With over 15 years experience in the health care field Jason is always looking for new and exciting opportunities for the tenants. Jason is a Thorp native and currently resides in the Thorp community.
